About Me

South Africa
My husband, Brett and I live in beautiful South Africa and have been blessed with the most precious family. We have 2 very beautiful and brave daughters, Tianna (15) and Angelee (12) and a very precious little boy called Zac who touched our hearts forever in his 1 day here on earth. We never would have imagined that we would have to live this side of Heaven without our sweet boy who was born with half a heart, but every day Jesus carries us through and is teaching us more than ever how to live, laugh and love fully. 3 years ago our faithful Great Restorer graciously blessed us once again with another son ... our beloved Gabriel ... a ray of sunshine in all our lives! "Love in Action" is our journey as a family to love the way Jesus is teaching us to love and live.

Here goes ...

I am on a grand adventure of discovering the awesome love of God towards me in my everyday life and what the expression of that love should look like in my day-to-day walk with Him.  Oh my goodness - His love is so HUGE! After 26 years of being a christian - I still feel like I have barely scraped the surface in my understanding of how powerful His love is. What I do know is that His love is always so consistant! He has seen me through every experience of life that I have faced thus far and what a journey it has been so far :-) As a mother of 2 little girls, I want for my children to grow up with that same understanding of a God of love that will see them through each season of their own lives.
As I am seeking God with regards to what the expression of His destiny is for me right now - I realise that it is all wrapped up and motivated by His love. Isn't that what the Kingdom of God is all about ... His desperate love for people. That should be the motivation of all that we do as christians. That is the kind of life I want to live before my children - living life to the full in God's freedom ... loving others in truth because that is how God loves us - in full acceptance.
That's a good thought to go to sleep on and think on ...
