Thinking about honesty ... lately I have been thinking about how easy it is to hide in plain sight of one another. Yesterday I was so touched when I met with a new friend and within 2 minutes the tears were pouring down her cheeks as she made herself vulnerable to share some of the hurts she has been carrying for so long. Sitting there together, watching God begin to bathe her in His love, I was so overwhelmed by His delight at what happens when we let our guards down and allow His love to reach our "broken" places.
