Welcome to my little writing corner. I count my many blessings to be a cherished wife and an ever-learning-loving-growing mother to 3 amazing children this side of Heaven and a precious little boy in Heaven. Together as a family we pastor a precious church community called Redeeming Hope Church. I've had the privilege of loving and following Jesus Christ since my earliest memories as a child. No matter what I've gone through in life, He has always been so present. At heart, I'm an encourager ... so this is a place where I get to wear my heart on my sleeve and share my journey of learning to live a life of love in action.

"Sometimes you get MORE"

Recently I was contacted by a precious blogging friend who asked me to share Zac's story with her readers. There are days where my heart longs for Heaven so much. Today is one of them. Thankfully, the longing comes with peace. A knowing that there is coming a glorious day where I will hold all my children once again. Until then, I will continue to share Zac's story trusting the love and grace of God to meet other hurting hearts with the same amazing grace that He met our hearts. Here's my post. "Sometimes you get MORE" Our story is by no means an easy story to share and many might read it as a "sad story", b

This week our precious Gabriel is 6 weeks old! I know there haven't been many posts or pictures lately, but the truth is that this mommy has been on "baby-moon", followed by precious visits from special family & friends and then the reality of "baby-boot camp" as everyone went home and we have been finding our feet with new routines :0) It's been a full 6 weeks filled with lots of love and learning.  I have found so much joy in introducing this little man to my family who traveled down to meet this little prince (as my mom lovingly calls him). He has brought so much healing and joy to all of his family. On my side of the family, although he is my parents second grandson, he has been the first grandson that they have been able to hold in their arms. It was so hard for them not to hold our precious Zac, so the time they both got to share with Gabriel was a healing balm to all our hearts. First my precious sister arrived. She has always been
